Well, I posted the Radiohead ones, so I may as well add these too. This is actually the first pair of trainers I made for myself. Unfortunately I didnt really give it much thought at the time and just went at a pair of cheap white trainers with a permanent marker pen. I had presumed as the pen was permanent, the ink would stay where it was meant to be – on the material, but alas it’s really not a durable option and smudges quiet alot. I’ve only warn them out once, and they’re already pretty messed up…
If you’re wondering WTF that weird face is on the toe, it’s a portrait of Thom that was on the CD insert of the ‘Spitting Feathers’ EP.
The Eraser has got to be one of my top favourite album covers, I’ve even got the 12″ vinyl version framed on my wall!
